she's here! the lovely isabella arrived (independently and smiling) this morning, and i couldn't be happier! having her around and knowing gideon's in good hands -- make that GREAT, loving hands -- makes all the difference in the world during the many moments we have to be next door with our noses to the grindstone. we all went out for dinner in honor of her arrival, shared a rich, gooey, warm chocolate dessert, and then andrew gave us accordion lessons. my new favorite instrument, no joke. but andrew plays it so often and so well, that its hard to take it away from him...

ReplyDeleteyah, andrew is living up here! he says 'hey.' its so much fun to have a houseful! don't know if she's gonna want to come back, LSpug, we kind of like the family dynamic we've got goin on. we all bring a little something; she brings the ounce of maturity.
